Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Myndtrack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Myndtrack provides AI-generated sleep affirmations layered with binaural audio. The service is for personal, non-commercial use. Myndtrack is a wellness tool — it is not a medical device and makes no medical claims. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law.

The 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers only. After the trial, your card is charged the applicable subscription rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Myndtrack to generate affirmations that are hateful, harassing, or that encourage illegal acts. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs.

6. Intellectual property

The Myndtrack app, design, and underlying audio engine are our property. AI-generated affirmations produced by your inputs are yours to use personally. You may not resell or redistribute content generated through the service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Myndtrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will produce any particular result. Audio content involving binaural beats should not be listened to while driving or operating machinery.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myndtrack's liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
