Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and any name you provide. When you use sessions, we store your affirmation preferences and session configuration so they persist across devices. We do not record or store audio from your sessions.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to provide the service — authenticating you, persisting your preferences, and processing payments. We use Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate affirmations based on the goals you enter; this text is sent to Anthropic's API. We use ElevenLabs to synthesize speech from those affirmations; text is sent to their API. We use Stripe to handle payments; your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.

3. Third-party services

We rely on the following sub-processors:

• • Supabase — authentication and database (EU/US)
• • Anthropic — AI affirmation generation
• • ElevenLabs — text-to-speech synthesis
• • Stripe — payment processing
• • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

4. Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as you have an active account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which will remove your profile and preferences. Stripe may retain billing records as required by law.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies issued by Supabase to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by emailing us. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including the right to access, rectify, port, or erase your data.
