Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and the name you provide. Practice data: your affirmations and session settings, a record of each session you listen to (date, length, track, voice mode), and any notes, titles and mood you add in your library. Custom tracks: the descriptions you write and the music generated from them, stored privately in your account. Support: messages you send us and your email address. Usage: basic product analytics about how features are used, such as which pages and tools are used.

We do not record audio from your device. If you record your own voice for affirmations, those recordings stay in your browser on your device.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and secure the service: signing you in, saving your preferences, library and notes, generating scripts and tracks, processing payments, answering support requests and improving the product. We send service emails and, if you opt in, product updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your notes for advertising.

3. Service providers who process data for us

Supabase (authentication, database and file storage), Anthropic (AI used to write affirmations and music descriptions from the text you enter), ElevenLabs (speech and music generation from text you enter), Stripe (payments; card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers), Vercel (hosting), and Resend or a similar provider for email. Text you enter in goal, script or track prompts is sent to Anthropic and ElevenLabs only to produce your result. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit or delete individual sessions and notes in your Library, and you can delete your account and data at any time in Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, sessions, notes and custom tracks. Stripe may retain billing records as required by law, and support messages may be kept for a reasonable period to resolve issues.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies that keep you signed in and local browser storage for your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add advertising or analytics tools in future we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

6. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing us. If you are in the EU or UK you have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including access, rectification, portability, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to complain to your local regulator. If you are in California you have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information, and we do not sell or share it for cross-context advertising.

7. Security and transfers

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure. Our providers are based mainly in the United States, so your data may be processed there.

8. Children

Myndtrack is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date here and notify you of material changes.
